Hollie Steel

Yesterday I posted that the Hollie Steel video was inching towards a million views and less than 24 hours after I posted, it is at 1.86 Million views now and will be 2 million in a few hours. With the British tabloids going crazy about this new youtube phenomena, I won’t be surprised if the video crosses 10 million at the end of this weekend.

The Tabloid just seem to love Hollie Steel and some wrote that she will lance Susan Boyle and fist fight Shaheen Jafargholi. And the Youtube generation just loves her.

She doesn’t have the viral nature that Susan has, but if she manages to cross a 100 million views, she will be a phenomena. Susan Boyle and Hollie Steel are very different. Both of them sings very well, but Susan is way past the age where she can be molded and her recent makeover don’t seem to help her much. In fact the makeover seem to be working against her.

Hollie Steel may not beat Susan on youtube but she sure will win the race. Whether she win the Britain’s Got talent contest or not, she sure will win millions of fans and she has a whole career ahead. She can be a teen pop star and mature to be a great musician.

Anyway, congrats to Hollie Steel on the 2 million views
