Do not be heartless. The girl is 10. She said “It’s lonely up there on that stage on your own.” Not true? The tutu was a great part of the misdirection that created the dramatic surprise. It almost caused Simon to stop her before she started singing (he had his hand raised to end it right before she opened her mouth). The tutu was perfect for her act. And the song was PERFECT for her voice and PERFECT in light of her dancing.

Simon was all wrong on this one. Don’t know why some people think he’s always right (though he often is). Simon made a mistake. It’s understandable, since these judges have very little time to think about their comments. He should apologize to Hollie next time he sees her. Preferably in public.

O dear, I think the word bully is not understood, and they seem to think if someone has a bit of advice for you that you dont agree with lets call them a bully, it is a terrible shame that her moment has been spoilt by these quotes and that people who time is spent with are labelled bullies which is the first they have heard about itthis weekend, and has upset them alot. Everyone should be so exited about Holly's performance, but that has been taken away by the cruel things said in the papers about her school and friends, dont know if this is the parents words, but stop and think before you brandpeople bullies, kids will be kids.
